Opis stanowiska:

As a Warehouse Operator (Small Items), you support Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Control. Key tasks include receiving goods, processing orders, and maintaining stock accuracy.   This role involves weekend shifts based on operational needs. 

This position involves a variety of warehouse tasks including:

• Outbound: Picking items, inspecting quality,  packing orders, and handing them over to carriers.
• Inbound: Unloading, inspecting quality, and registering stock into the system.   
• IVC: Cycle counting, resolving stock discrepancies, and monitoring shelf-life.   
• Returns: Assessing item condition, restocking, or initiating disposals. 

Work Conditions:

• The work is not highly physically demanding, and heavy lifting is limited, the working hours are relatively stable with the possibility of overtime and weekend shifts., and attractive shift allowances are provided.

• Temperature: Room temperature 
• Long trousers required, no wide trousers, no pockets, no tanktops. No jewelry, no smart watch, no phones on workfloor. No long nails, no open hair. 

Wymiar pracy & Working Hours:

• 2 shifts (In high season sometimes third shift): 7:00-16:00, 16:00-1:00 (high season 22:00-07:00).
• Around 40 hours per week.
• Breaks: 2×30 minutes.

JD Logistics Rotterdam operates as a dedicated fulfill ment center for JoyBuy, managing daily warehouse and distribution activities that support both e-commerce orders and retail store replenishment. The operation handles end-to-end warehouse processes, including inbound receipt from suppliers, quality control, put-away, inventory management, order picking, packing, outbound shipping, and returns processing. 

Wymagania

• Communicative level of English, sufficient to communicate with supervisors at work.
• Driving license: Nice to have.   
• Good physical condition, readiness for standing work and a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to work standing for 8 hours per shift.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility during busy or peak periods.
• Ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.

Compensation:

Base wage:

• €14.71/h.
